Die vom Baugewerbe verursachten Auswirkungen sind unschwer zu erkennen, da es zu den größten Verbrauchern natürlicher Ressourcen gehört und Auswirkungen auf die Umwelt verursacht. Die Bauphase eines Gebäudes macht einen großen Teil dieser Auswirkungen aus. Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es daher, die Umweltaspekte und -auswirkungen zu ermitteln, die während der Errichtungsphasen einer vertikalen Wohnanlage in der Stadt Natal/RN verursacht werden, wobei diese Phasen identifiziert und die Aspekte nach ihrem Schweregrad in jeder Phase priorisiert werden. Außerdem wurden die Maßnahmen überprüft, die bei der Entwicklung in Bezug auf die priorisierten Aspekte mit dem höchsten Prozentsatz des Auftretens ergriffen wurden. Zu diesem Zweck wurde eine qualitative Sondierungsforschung durchgeführt und Tabellenkalkulationen verwendet, um Aspekte und Auswirkungen auf der Grundlage der Konzepte der Risikomanagement-Norm mit verschiedenen Kriterien zu ermitteln. Die Arbeit ist didaktisch aufbereitet und bezieht sich auf die vom Erstautor erstellte Monographie, die technische und wissenschaftliche Erläuterungen enthält.
