Shortly before leaving Jamaica, W.I. for New York to pursue his life-long dream of becoming a doctor, twenty eight year old Bronz Walker was delivered a bombshell by his father, Kevin. Bronz received the shocking news that Kevin’s late wife, Erica Walker was not his real mother. His biological mother was Nephertiti Kader (Neph), an Egyptian woman, with whom Kevin fell in love while studying in New York many years earlier. Where was she now? Was she still alive? No one knew.As he left home, Bronz’s mission became dual-purpose, not only to make it into medical school, but also to find his real mother at all cost. Will he ever find her? As he pursued his objectives, Bronz made a series of deep discoveries about his family, friendship, life in general, and even about himself. This novel emphasizes the importance of appreciating and valuing family, recognizing that ultimately, that is where God has planted us. 'The book is well written; the author expresses the content in a straightforward, yet imaginative manner. Varieties of events in all parts of the book flow evenly and consistently, and cinematic overtones enable the book to read like a movie......Readers will find that the content is well balanced. The author is a great storyteller and captures the emotionallandscape of characters skillfully.' -Xulon Presss Maurice Seville lives in Long Island, New York, with his wife, Shelley and their two daughters.
