La crise électorale ivoirienne de 2010 jusqu’à aujourd’hui, marquée par la radiation de Laurent Gbagbo de la liste électorale, a donné naissance au mouvement Trop c’est Trop . Celui-ci s’inscrit dans une dynamique de contestation populaire hors cadre institutionnel. Ce travail propose la Théorie du Réveil Civique Protestataire, selon laquelle l’exclusion électorale de figures charismatiques devient le catalyseur d’une mobilisation citoyenne fondée sur l’émotion collective, la mémoire politique et le droit à l’expression. À travers une revue théorique croisée avec la réalité ivoirienne, cette étude tente de lire une mutation profonde de la citoyenneté africaine.
