Like thousands of other Vietnamese women who married Chinese men, her life would change forever. ...Through Thuy’s story, it helps us remember what happened during a dark period of Vietnamese history, but also at the same time awakens the love of peace in each person. It is human nature to wish for a peaceful world. To live happily together with love and hope the world can exist forever. This life is so beautiful and precious. We have to preserve it.
