The constitution of the new natural rights republic is based upon Jefferson’s principles of natural rights:•Equality among citizens to participate in government.•Privacy of citizens from the invasions of agents of government.•The right to vote in free and fair elections.•The protection of the natural and property rights of individuals as the supreme goal of government.•Equal access to the courts and equality before the law.Restoring the American natural rights republic means the citizens have two major tasks ahead of them:1.The citizens must eliminate the socialist threat to freedom. The next book in this series explains that if, and when, California citizens vote to leave the Union to form their own socialist state, that socialists in other states should be encouraged to emigrate to California.2.After the socialist threat has been eliminated, citizens in the remaining states need to hold a constitutional convention and re-write fair constitutional rules.
