After replicating miracles numerous times, just as a scientist might perform experiments in a laboratory, Martin has the data to back up his claim. After all, Jesus did not say, 'Ask and sometimes you will receive,' or 'Ask and you will receive if God feels like it.' There was no such equivocation. The obvious answer is that the person asking needs to learn something they don’t already know about prayer. And Martin’s book provides exactly that.
