12:22 And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.১২:২২ তিনি তাঁর শিষ্যদের বললেন, ’তাই আমি তোমাদের বলছি, ’কি খাবে’ বলে জীবনের বিষয়ে চিন্তা করো না, আর ’কি পরবে’ বলে শরীরের বিষয়েও চিন্তা করো না।’12:23 The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.১২:২৩ প্রাণ মাংসের চেয়েও বেশি মূল্যবান, আর দেহ পোশাকের চেয়েও বেশি মূল্যবান।12:24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?১২:২৪ কাকদের কথা ভাবো, কারণ তারা বীজ বোনে না, কাটেও না; তাদের ভাণ্ডার বা গোলাঘর নেই; তবুও ঈশ্বর তাদের খাওয়ান; পাখিদের চেয়ে তোমরা কত বেশি ভালো?12:25 And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?১২:২৫ তোমাদের মধ্যে কে চিন্তা করে নিজের আয়ু এক হাত বাড়াতে পারে?12:26 If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?১২:২৬ তাহলে যদি তোমরা এই সামান্য কাজটিও করতে না পারো, তাহলে বাকিটা নিয়ে কেন চিন্তা করো?12:27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.১২:২৭ লিলি ফুলের দিকে তাকাও, কেমন করে বেড়ে ওঠে: তারা পরিশ্রম করে না, সুতা কাটে না; তবুও আমি তোমাদের বলছি, শলোমন তাঁর সমস্ত জাঁকজমকের মধ্যেও এদের একটার মতোও সাজসজ্জায় সজ্জিত ছিলেন না।
