First a serious essay. We compare the  two  main  schools  of Physics with each other. Pioneers of   this  field  have been   debating  between  Relativism and Quantum Wave Mechanics as of 1905. Quotes from   the Arzelies  book on Relativistic Kinematics are given as prose and math formulas.    These two big schools of thought did not compete but added up to what was to become a Grand Unified Field Theory. The experts traded data freely. This was revealed   by the famous Copenhagen Conference of 1928. Part One is about 'C' as   velocity.    Our   novella  in Part Two   serves to dramatize with fiction   how aliens may have already done this. Our title: Cetiwana - The New Invaders.
