''The Boy Allies With The Terror Of The Seas: Or The Last Shot Of Submarine D-16'' is a novel written by Robert L. Drake and published in 1915. The story follows the adventures of two young American boys, Jack and Frank, who become allies with the crew of a British submarine, the D-16, during World War I. The submarine is on a mission to destroy a German battleship, the Von der Tann, which is terrorizing Allied ships in the Atlantic. The boys prove to be valuable members of the crew, using their skills and bravery to help the submarine evade the enemy and ultimately succeed in their mission. However, the D-16 is hit by a torpedo and sinks to the ocean floor, leaving the boys and the crew stranded. They must use their ingenuity and resourcefulness to survive and find a way back to safety. The novel is a thrilling adventure story that highlights the courage and determination of young people during wartime. This scarce antiquarian book is a facsimile reprint of the old original and may contain some imperfections such as library marks and notations.
