This collection will help you easily and cost-effectively implement our more than a decade of experience in organizing and facilitating hundreds of powerful events to foster and cultivate team spirit! Indeed, these workshops are enjoyable as they require the active participation of all members of a small team to achieve a specific goal within a given time. When we have fun together, we are inevitably more receptive to the activity in which we participate. Hence, the choice of play serves as a powerful vector for positive change.As part of our team-building company and the first adventure park ever created in Romania, built with our own hands and opened to the public in July 2006, we have organized and facilitated dozens of team-building events involving hundreds of participants. These events catered to groups ranging from 7 to 500 people, encompassing both adults and youth.We wish to share with you our useful knowledge and pro tips to help you progress your team at a lower cost.
