Sobre IBD

Strontiumsilikat-Nanophosphore (Sr2SiO4) wurden durch Lösungsverbrennungssynthese hergestellt und durch Röntgenbeugung, SEM und TEM charakterisiert. Die strukturelle Optimierung der Sr2SiO4-Nanophosphore erfolgte durch Variation der Temperatur, des Brennstoffs und der Kalzinierungstemperatur und wurde für die Synthese erzielt. Die optimale Bedingung für den mit Glycin als Brennstoff synthetisierten Phosphor, der 3 Stunden lang bei 900° C kalziniert wurde, zeigte eine bessere Kristallinität. Die optimale Bedingung wurde auch bei der Synthese von Sr2SiO4:Sm3+, Sr2SiO4:Eu3+ und Sr2SiO4:Dy3+ Leuchtstoffen verwendet. Das XRD aller synthetisierten Leuchtstoffe wurde mit der JCPDS-Karte Nr. 39-1256, die einer orthorhombischen Struktur entspricht, gut indiziert. Mit Hilfe von Scherrer- und WH-Diagrammen wurde die durchschnittliche Kristallitgröße bestimmt, die bei Sm3+, Eu3+ und Dy3+ dotiertem Sr2SiO4 bei 40 nm, 43 nm bzw. 38 nm lag. Die detaillierte Strukturanalyse von Dy3+-dotiertem Sr2SiO4 wurde untersucht.
