L’obiettivo principale dello studio è stato quello di analizzare il contributo degli insegnanti dei primi gradi di istruzione alla loro condotta professionale, nonché l’impatto che questo ha avuto sulla pratica professionale degli insegnanti analizzati. La ricerca è stata condotta con due insegnanti di alfabetizzazione della Scuola comunale per la prima infanzia e l’istruzione primaria Luís Ferreira Lima, situata nella città di Russas-CE. Il lavoro è stato svolto nella seconda metà del 2016, con un approccio qualitativo, utilizzando uno studio di caso per sviluppare il lavoro sul campo e analizzando poi i contenuti bibliografici per discutere l’argomento.
