Forgiveness is such an emotionally-charged experience that is a powerful life-changer when we finally address it in our lives. Typically, if I need to forgive anyone it’s usually myself for feeling or thinking the way I do. We have had two eclipses during the time of putting this book together. And if you know anything about the energies that the eclipse brings, you will understand that there have been many, many, fluctuations in emotions, thoughts and therefore physical states as well for most people. This, of course, has led to a merry go round of emotions and therefore the authors in this book have gone into the deep depths of their soul to give you this book. I feel as though we were all exposed to such a volcano of emotions while digging deep into the private energy of our souls. We are all privileged to present to you our experiences with forgiveness and thank you so much for reading. Forgiveness is always for us not them. Failing to forgive causes a person to dwell on their past hurts and prevents them from not only enjoying life but being able to accomplish their personal goals. Once we come to the place where we can see the damage it is doing to ourselves and come to the realization that for our own sake, as well as theirs, we must forgive them, we are in a better position to change our future. Many of the authors described the release and freedom they experienced after they forgave someone for something that had happened maybe recently or years or decades ago.
