Le multiplexage par répartition orthogonale de la fréquence (OFDM) est apparu comme une technique de modulation prometteuse pour la transmission de données à grande vitesse dans les systèmes modernes de communication sans fil. Toutefois, la présence d’un rapport élevé entre la puissance de crête et la puissance moyenne (PAPR) reste un problème important dans les systèmes OFDM, ce qui entraîne une amplification de puissance inefficace et une dégradation potentielle du signal. Pour résoudre ce problème, cet article présente une nouvelle approche pour réduire le PAPR dans les systèmes OFDM en utilisant des schémas de séquence partielle de transmission (PTS) codés en fontaine. Les codes Fountain, bien connus pour leur résistance à l’effacement et leur décodage peu complexe, sont incorporés dans le cadre PTS afin d’améliorer les capacités de réduction du PAPR. La mise en œuvre proposée exploite le parallélisme inhérent au codage Fountain pour générer efficacement un ensemble diversifié de séquences candidates, ce qui permet d’atténuer la dégradation des performances liée au PAPR sans introduire de surcharge de calcul importante. Le rapport procède à une évaluation complète des performances des schémas PTS codés par Fountain au moyen de simulations approfondies dans divers scénarios OFDM, y compris des débits de données, des conditions de canal et des tailles de constellation variables.
