P. Anthony (Tony) Burnham has practiced employers-side labor and employment law and Human Resources in Southern California and internationally for over forty years. In representing multi-national, mid-sized and smaller employers, he has become aware of all the incredible transitions taking place in employment, business and with individuals. These largely irreversible changes are being driven by increased globalization, technological advances and demographics. His acclaimed first book 'Employed for Life' was about the permanent changes taking place in the new workplace and how individuals can take full advantage of them. 'Rules To Love By ...' is about the transitions increasingly taking place both within ourselves and in our personal relationships brought about by a new world where change is the only constant.
