Tras los múltiples cambios introducidos en el mundo laboral, el estrés desencadenado en el contexto del trabajo ha cobrado una importante relevancia en la actualidad, pasando a ser considerado como una de las afecciones más extendidas en el conjunto de la población. El presente estudio trata de evaluar el nivel de exposición a los riesgos psicosociales percibido por un grupo de docentes del Instituto Santa Teresa de la ciudad de Jaén. El cuestionario utilizado para la evaluación fue CoPsoQ-ISTAS21 en su versión corta. Se observaron diferencias notables en las dimensiones relativas a 'Exigencias psicológicas', 'Inseguridad sobre el futuro', 'Doble presencia' y ' Estima' lo que derivó en la propuesta de vademécum docente basado en mindfulness.
