Volume IVBooks 11 thru 13Book 11This book is a complete version of what an intestate heir had done to her. I’m one of the three instate heirs of the 'real' William Mc Queen. I was jailed three times for claiming properties that was part of John Mc Queen of 1703. One crime but three times jail. Pure harassment. After 3 years I received a phone call, from Dorchester County, in South Carolina, this was a Wednesday, I was told to be in Dorchester County on the following Sunday to meet with the Public Defender, after waiting 3 years, long over the request time to be brought to trial.I was told that none of my documents were going to be allowed in court, and no witnesses were going to be summons. I was told by this lady on the phone that I had to plea guilty, or I would receive 10 years with not probation. And I needed to let her know now, what I wanted to do. My answer to her was, 'I would like to speak with Gene Dukes, the public defender.'On Friday this same lady called me back, wanting to know what I had decided, again I told her I needed to speak with Mr. Dukes.Mr. Dukes call never came. But I was not surprise, because for 3 years I had been calling him and never once did he pick up the phone to call me.He was once the Honorable Gene Dukes that, worked for Alberta Scott and her daughter Mona Scott. Mona Scott is my half sister. But she is not and heir of the 'real' William Mc Queen. My parents were married when Mona Scott was born. And I wonder how did they get land in Dorchester County when us, heirs can’t?Book 12Book 12 is the probate file #72-463There is nothing in it, but yet it remains open, why?Book13You will see in this book how some of the player, started stealing the land of the 'real' WILLIAM MC QUEEN. You will see who wrote who, what and why they wanted the estate to remain under $265,000. With the estate this low, not have to check the assets, why?
