All of which are enclosed for the public. Also the latest deed 3325 page 98, but as one of the heirs our claim has not been fully honored. My father’s heirs are being denial our 'birthright,' and I was placed in jail for trying to claim land that is part of the land from, the royal land grants of JOHN MC QUEEN of 1703, my great- great-great grandfather. My family only wants what is rightful our, and after 32 years the heirs should be allowed to claim our father WILLIAM MC QUEEN’S LANDIncome taxes were filed in 1988 and 1990 for some of this property, why? My father died June 23, 1972, in Berkeley County, South Carolina. I truly believe that my father and my brother were 'murdered' for this land.We live in a country, when some one with a big name wants something that you own, they take it, and you might end up in jail, dead, they don’t give a damn. And this is what have happen to the 'real' WILLIAM MC QUEEN and his heirs and decedents. You might say this have nothing to do with me, but you and your family just might be next.Book 10In this book my land was taken from me, and with their 'LAWS' I had my father properties placed back in his name. And then I was allowed to transfer by 'LETTER' the properties to the rightful heirs, my two sisters and myself. Probate Code 62-3-901 allowed me to take ’TITLE.’ But we have not been allowed to take possession, yet.But this is their 'LAWS' by my birthright the land should have passed by the LAWS of the CAROLINA CHARTER of 1663 and 1665.All of the families that are claiming this land are NOT, the heirs of the 'real' WILLIAM MC QUEEN. Look closely at deeds 3325 page 98, A219 325, A116 page 215 and C26 page 399, etc.
