Les paradigmes de la qualité de service ont fait l’objet de nombreuses études sur le marketing des services et, à ce jour, les chercheurs ont limité leurs recherches sur la perception de la qualité de service par les consommateurs au point de vue de ces derniers, sans tenir compte de l’avis des prestataires de services. Cet ouvrage se concentre sur les attentes des consommateurs et leur perception de la qualité de service des prestataires de soins de santé du régime national d’assurance maladie (National Health Insurance Scheme - HCP). Les objectifs étaient d’identifier les écarts de service entre les attentes et la perception des consommateurs en utilisant le modèle SERVQUAL modifié basé sur 22 énoncés de cinq dimensions et d’évaluer les perceptions des prestataires de soins de santé sur les attentes des consommateurs en matière de prestation de services de soins de santé.
