Program ten działa w mieście od trzydziestu trzech lat, od 1981 roku, zajmując się nadzorem nad odbywaniem kary przez osoby opuszczające system penitencjarny, mając na celu ich resocjalizację. Uważamy, że każda historia życia osoby objętej pomocą jest syntezą społeczeństwa w jej życiu, a jednocześnie każda historia życia jest odbiciem pośredniczonym przez samo społeczeństwo. W tej perspektywie, poprzez niniejsze badanie staramy się zrozumieć, jakie warunki materialne, w jakich żyły te osoby, przyczyniły się do popełnienia przestępstwa, analizując ich ścieżkę zawodową i edukacyjną, które są ważnymi czynnikami pozwalającymi nam zrozumieć całość doświadczeń tych osób.
