Este TFM desenvolve uma proposta didática inovadora para o ensino do inglês no 1º ano do Bachillerato através do blended learning. É feita uma revisão teórica das metodologias activas como o blended learning, flipped classroom e flipped learning, diferenciando as suas abordagens e analisando os seus problemas. A proposta procura promover a motivação, a autonomia e a participação ativa dos estudantes. Uma das suas principais realizações é a conceção de uma unidade didática baseada na aprendizagem mista, embora a falta de avaliação num ambiente real seja uma limitação. Através de uma matriz SWOT, são destacados pontos fortes, como o aumento da motivação e da participação, e identificadas áreas de melhoria, como a necessidade de maior acesso a recursos tecnológicos. Propõe-se investigação futura para validar a eficácia da proposta e ultrapassar as suas limitações. Os resultados indicam que a aprendizagem mista melhora a autonomia, o trabalho colaborativo e a preparação para os desafios do século XXI.
