Effetto del programma psico-organizzativo per la riduzione della sindrome da burnout nel personale sanitario di Baños del Inca. Cajamarca - Perù. Obiettivo: ridurre la sindrome da burnout attraverso l’applicazione del programma psico-organizzativo nel personale della rete micro-sanitaria di Baños del Inca a Cajamarca, in Perù, con un campione di 65 lavoratori con un alto livello di sindrome da burnout, ai quali è stato somministrato un pre-test utilizzando lo strumento Maslach Burnout Inventory per la valutazione della sindrome da burnout. Successivamente, il programma psico-organizzativo è stato applicato attraverso workshop di motivazione e orientamento allo stesso gruppo di studio pre-sperimentale, applicando lo strumento Maslach Burnout Inventory come strumento post-test, ottenendo un risultato del 10,8% dei lavoratori che presentavano un basso livello di sindrome da burnout.
