Efeito do programa psico-organizativo para reduzir a síndrome de burnout no pessoal de saúde em Baños del Inca. Cajamarca - Peru. Objectivo: reduzir a síndrome de burnout através da aplicação do programa psico-organizativo no pessoal da rede de micro-saúde Baños del Inca em Cajamarca, Peru, com uma amostra de 65 trabalhadores com um elevado nível de síndrome de burnout, aos quais foi dado um pré-teste utilizando o instrumento Maslach Burnout Inventory para a avaliação da Síndrome de Burnout. Subsequentemente, o programa psico-organizacional foi aplicado através de workshops de motivação e orientação ao mesmo grupo de estudo pré-experimental, aplicando o instrumento Maslach Burnout Inventory como ferramenta de pós-teste, obtendo-se um resultado de 10,8% dos trabalhadores que apresentam um baixo nível de Síndrome de Burnout.
