Da qui la necessità di promuovere la coltivazione e il consumo dell’OFSP. In questo libro, dodici cloni di OFSP (Ipomoea batatas L. (Lam.)) sono stati sottoposti a screening per valutarne il potenziale di resa e la composizione nutrizionale nell’ambiente di Jos-Plateau. I cloni di OFSP utilizzati in questo studio hanno mostrato un potenziale promettente per ottenere rese elevate e composizione nutrizionale nell’ambiente di Jos-Plateau.
