Cette recherche a évalué différentes alternatives de fertilisation et la demande en eau des vignes italiennes. Différents coefficients d’irrigation (75, 100, 125 et 150 % du coefficient cultural recommandé) et différentes fertilisations (100, 75, 50 et 25 % de la fertilisation minérale recommandée, plus un produit organique à base d’acides humiques et fluviques) ont été interpolés, formant un plan de parcelles subdivisées en 4 x 4, avec 3 répétitions. Le rendement par plante, la qualité des fruits (taille des baies, teneur en solides solubles et acidité totale) et les variations physiologiques de la vigne (teneur en eau relative) ont été évalués.
