The Congolese state is currently suffering the spoliation of its land and property in the city of Kananga by third parties and more than a few political and administrative authorities acting in collusion with public administration officials and members of the judiciary.The consequences of this plundering are catastrophic. So, a question needs to be asked: how is it that the Congolese state, one of whose main missions should be to protect people and their property, is unable to protect what belongs to it?We understand that the Congolese people’s lack of preparation for managing the republic and the hasty independence are the main causes of this large-scale plundering.
