L’Etat Congolais est aujourd’hui victime de la spoliation de sa propriété foncière et immobilière dans la ville de Kananga par des tiers et bien plus de quelques autorités politico-administratives en complicité avec des agents de l’administration publique et ceux du pouvoir judiciaire. Le bilan de ce pillage est catastrophique. Alors, une question mérite d’être posée, celle de savoir comment l’Etat Congolais dont l’une des principales missions devrait être la sécurisation de personnes et de leurs biens n’est pas capable de protéger ce qui lui appartient !!! Nous comprenons alors que l’impréparation des Congolais à la gestion de la République et l’indépendance précipitée sont les principales causes de cette spoliation à grande échelle.
