La pharmacocinétique de la moxifloxacine @ 5mg.kg-1.b.wt a été étudiée chez des chèvres saines et intoxiquées à la bifenthrine (n=4), après son administration IV. La CMI de la moxifloxacine dans le plasma a été maintenue jusqu’à 8 heures chez les chèvres saines alors qu’elle n’a été maintenue que jusqu’à 6 heures chez les chèvres intoxiquées par la bifenthrine. L’ASC a été significativement réduite de 7,86±0,06g.ml-1h à 6,90±0,076g.ml-1h chez les chèvres intoxiquées par la bifenthrine. La demi-vie de distribution (t½) et le volume de distribution à l’état d’équilibre Vd(ss) ¬observés étaient respectivement de 0,08±0,0008 h et 2,43±0,01L.kg-1 chez les chèvres saines et de 0,081±0,0006h et 2,32±0,03L.kg-1 chez les chèvres intoxiquées à la bifenthrine. La clairance corporelle totale est passée de 636,06±4,68 ml.kg-1h-1 chez les chèvres saines à 725,4±7,92 ml.kg-1h-1 chez les chèvres intoxiquées. Cependant, une diminution de la demi-vie d’élimination (t1/2) de 2,81±0,04h à 2,61±0,01h a été observée chez les chèvres intoxiquées. Le schéma posologique de la moxifloxacine calculé chez les animaux sains est de 4,99 mg.kg-1 suivi de 4,73 mg.kg-1 à 12h d’intervalle efficace contre les isolats bactériens avec une CMI ≤ 0,1µg.ml-1. Cependant, chez les chèvres intoxiquées, elle est de 6,66 mg.kg-1 suivie de 6,33 mg.kg-1 à 12h d’intervalle.
