Eine Anleitung für Studierende und Dozenten der Biologie, Botanik, Pharmazie und Landwirtschaft zum Kennenlernen von Bau, Fortpflanzungs- und Entwicklungsprozessen bei pflanzlichen Organismen unter bewußter Einbeziehung von Bakterien und Pilzen. Der Gestaltung liegen folgende Prinzipien zugrunde: · Vermittlung der Formenvielfalt und ökologischen Beziehungen der Organismen · Erkenntnisse zu phylogenetischen und ontogenetischen Entwicklungslinien · Wirtschaftliche Bedeutung der einzelnen Organismengruppen. Jeder Abschnitt beginnt mit einer kurzen theoretischen Einführung und enthält eine Gegenüberstellung von Mikrofoto und Zeichnung. Ziel ist es, mit einfachen Methoden elementare Informationen über die Objekte des Pflanzenreiches durch eigene Anschauung und durch praktischen Umgang mit Organismen zu gewinnen. Der Teil I des 'Pflanzenanatomischen Praktikums' bietet eine Anleitung zum Präparieren und Mikroskopie-ren botanischer Objekte, einen allgemeinen Praktikumsteil zur botanischen Zytologie und Histologie sowie zur Anatomie der Vegetationsorgane der höheren Pflanzen.
