Les pesticides sont largement utilisés dans l’agriculture pour préserver la qualité et la quantité des aliments et lutter contre les ravageurs. En raison de l’utilisation massive de ces pesticides, leurs résidus peuvent se retrouver dans les légumes et les fruits, ce qui peut nuire à la santé humaine.Pour évaluer le risque d’exposition humaine aux résidus de pesticides et aux produits chimiques, des échantillons de fraises et de tomates prélevés au cours du mois de mai 2023 dans la zone d’Oued Boukaraa à Jijel ont été analysés. L’identification de ces résultats a été faite par chromatographie, qui a indiqué la présence de résidus de pesticides dans tous les échantillons qui ont été analysés. Nous justifions ces résultats par la mauvaise pratique des pesticides par les agriculteurs.
