O ferro foi encontrado em 2,23, 3,26 e 8,69 mg/L, respectivamente. Da mesma forma, o cobre apresentou 0,19, 0,27 e 0,16 mg/L, o zinco 2,40, 2,67 e 1,68 mg/L, o cádmio em Zingiber officinale foi de 0,04 mg/L, enquanto em Zingiber officinale e caralluma edulis não estava presente. O chumbo em Allium sativum e Zingiber officinale foi encontrado na faixa de 0,05 e 0,07 mg/L e em Caralluma edulis não foi detectado. O manganês foi encontrado em: 0,72, 13,83 e 2,68 mg/L, e o crómio não foi detectado nestas amostras. Allium sativum, Zingiber officinale e carullama edulus foram considerados uma boa fonte de vegetais para a saúde humana.
