This paper is a technical and economic study on the establishment of a nursery for the production of vegetable seedlings in the Fériana district of the Kasserine governorate. The technical analysis enabled us to identify the facilities and equipment needed to implement the project. The economic analysis, meanwhile, allowed us to estimate the investment costs and operating expenses. In fact, these analyses were used to assess the economic and financial viability of the project over a 20-year project lifespan. The investment cost is estimated at 169,219 DT. The internal rate of return revealed by the financial analysis is 46%, the payback period is 7 years, and the return per unit of capital invested is 7.06. It follows that the project is feasible, profitable, and resilient in the face of unforeseen events.
