Okinawa, die Wiege des Karate: In den Büchern zum Thema „Okinawa Goju Ryu Kata Bunkai' (Band I-III) geht es um die Beziehung zwischen den klassischen Katas im Goju Ryu und den dort berücksichtigten Ideen aus einer chinesischen Monographie dem sogenannten „Bubishi.' Im Band I werden die Anwendungen der fundamentalen Katas Sanchin und Tensho im Detail bearbeitet. Besonders werden grundlegende Kenntnisse über spezielle Atmung, über das Qi, das Fasziensystem, die sechs Hände des Bubishi (Rokkishu) und die physiologischen Hintergründe des Kyusho Jutsu vermittelt.
