Badanie to koncentrowało się na odporności dyrektorów szkół w Victoria District, Laguna, Filipiny, w czasie pandemii. Siedemnastu dyrektorów szkół podstawowych i średnich stało się częścią tego dokumentu. Okazało się, że dyrektorzy szkół mają bardzo wysoką odporność w zakresie promowania spójności społeczności, stałej komunikacji, dbałości o zdrowie psychiczne i psychospołeczne oraz przyjmowania informacji zwrotnych. Dyrektorzy szkół promują spójność społeczności lokalnej poprzez angażowanie rodzin i interesariuszy we wszystkie programy szkolne. Szkoły zapewniają niezorganizowane okazje do kontaktów w małych grupach. W celu podtrzymania komunikacji między wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi interesariuszami społeczności szkolnej, dyrekcja szkoły przekazywała jasne i bezpośrednie komunikaty przy użyciu różnych platform. W ramach walki z epidemią dyrektorzy szkół prowadzili szkolenia, spotkania i webinaria dla całej społeczności. Jednym z priorytetów dyrektorów szkół było przyjmowanie informacji zwrotnych, aby uzyskać jasną odpowiedź od społeczności. Zalecenia dla dyrektorów szkół zostały sformułowane tak, aby za wszelką cenę podtrzymać ich odporność.
