Mosty betonowe w Albanii zostały zbudowane zgodnie z różnymi standardami, w różnych okresach i narażone na obciążenia ruchem, które gwałtownie wzrosły w ciągu ostatnich dwóch dekad. Niniejsze badanie jest próbą nakreślenia ogólnego obrazu stanu albańskich mostów, w oparciu o oględziny 104 mostów o łącznej długości 7271,6 m, wzdłuż 263 km dróg w różnych częściach kraju. Wybrane mosty należą do sieci dróg o największym natężeniu ruchu w kraju. Sieć ta zawiera również mosty zbudowane w różnych okresach budowy w Albanii. Badania koncentrują się na ogólnym stanie fizycznym mostów w tym rozwijającym się kraju.
