Les établissements d’enseignement supérieur au Ghana devraient préparer de manière adéquate les futurs enseignants en leur transmettant les compétences nécessaires pour gérer des classes inclusives. Les autorités scolaires devraient organiser des formations continues appropriées pour les enseignants qui enseignent dans les écoles ordinaires afin de les rendre plus efficaces dans leurs méthodes pédagogiques. Le programme d’enseignement général destiné aux élèves handicapés devrait être revu afin de mieux répondre à la diversité des capacités et de stimuler l’intérêt des élèves handicapés pour l’apprentissage.
