O presente estudo analisa de que forma as políticas públicas influenciam a inclusão digital nas escolas públicas e privadas do Brasil, afetando diretamente a equidade e a qualidade do ensino. O problema de pesquisa parte do reconhecimento de que a desigualdade no acesso às Tecnologias Digitais de Informação e Comunicação (TDIC) ainda compromete as possibilidades de inovação pedagógica nas redes de ensino, especialmente diante das exigências contemporâneas de formação crítica e cidadã. O objetivo é compreender de que maneira essas políticas públicas têm sido estruturadas, quais os desafios enfrentados na sua implementação e quais caminhos podem ser apontados para uma inclusão digital mais equitativa e sustentável.
