Este estudo examinou o impacto da cultura organizacional no desempenho dos trabalhadores da Universidade da Somália, em Mogadíscio, na Somália. O documento tinha três objectivos principais, a saber 1) determinar a relação entre a cultura empresarial e o desempenho dos funcionários. 2) Identificar a relação entre a cultura competitiva e o desempenho dos trabalhadores. 3) Examinar a relação entre a cultura consensual e o desempenho dos trabalhadores. Os investigadores utilizaram uma amostragem conveniente para recolher 90 questionários na Universidade da Somália, em Mogadíscio, na Somália. Foi fornecido aos trabalhadores um questionário com quatro constructos principais que medem a cultura competitiva, a cultura empresarial, a cultura consensual e o desempenho dos trabalhadores. No entanto, utilizando o coeficiente de correlação, o estudo concluiu que o desempenho dos trabalhadores (variável dependente) tinha uma influência positiva significativa nas três variáveis independentes, nomeadamente: cultura competitiva, cultura empresarial e cultura consensual. Além disso, o resultado da análise de regressão revelou que dois construtos tinham efeitos estatisticamente significativos, positivos e diretos no desempenho dos trabalhadores.
