El presente libro analiza los modelos y estrategias de enseñanza de las ciencias sociales que utilizan los docentes de la Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas.Se llevó a cabo un estudio que permitió recolectar, evaluar y analizar cómo y en qué condiciones se manifiestan las variables y componentes de los modelos de enseñanza, ambientes y medios de aprendizaje, así como la práctica pedagógica de los profesores universitarios de las ciencias sociales.Los resultados de esta investigación ponen en evidencia la coexistencia de varios modelos pedagógicos que adoptan los docentes de las ciencias sociales, que a su vez, es reflejado en una diversidad de métodos y estrategias de enseñanza en esta área del conocimiento.
