Wissenschaftler haben im Laufe der Jahre Forschungen und Experimente durchgeführt, um die Produktion von Hartweizen (Triticumdurum) zu verbessern und die Selbstversorgung mit Nahrungsmitteln zu erreichen, da es sich um ein Grundnahrungsmittel handelt.In unserem Experiment verwendeten wir vier Hartweizensorten (Triticumdurum), die am häufigsten in der Region von (siméto, oued el bared, amare 06, antalis) verwendet werden. Wir führten dieses Experiment im Garten der Universität von am 20. August 1955 Skikda, erdfrei und unter natürlichen Bedingungen durch. Bei unserer Analyse führten wir eine umfassende Studie zur Modellierung der Inhaltsstoffe von Hartweizen (Triticumdurum) durch, wobei wir Stickstoff als Hauptelement verwendeten, um die Ergebnisse vor und nach dem Einsatz dieser Substanz zu vergleichen.Die Ergebnisse zeigten, dass die Sorten linear auf dieses Element reagierten und hohe Ergebnisse erzielten, insbesondere bei der Sorte siméto, wo wir eine Vermehrung der Inhaltsstoffe und damit einen Anstieg des Ertrags verzeichneten. Wir können also auf eine Zunahme der Anzahl der Komponenten in der Ährenphase schließen.
