Le présent ouvrage est une tentative d’approche de recherche sur le mentorat, une idée qui a été introduite dans de nombreux systèmes éducatifs du monde depuis les années 1980 afin de favoriser l’intégration harmonieuse des enseignants nouvellement nommés dans la réalité éducative. L’objectif de l’étude est d’examiner les attentes des enseignants grecs par rapport à l’introduction de ce cas dans le système éducatif grec et de mettre en évidence des conclusions de recherche intéressantes et utilisables concernant l’importance de l’introduction du mentorat, le rôle que le mentor est appelé à assumer, les caractéristiques qui devraient le distinguer, ainsi que les principaux critères pour sa sélection.
