W dzisiejszym szybko zmieniającym się świecie, w którym postęp technologiczny i zmieniające się rynki pracy stanowią wyzwanie dla tradycyjnej edukacji, mikrokwalifikacje pojawiły się jako elastyczne, ukierunkowane certyfikaty, które uzupełniają programy studiów, koncentrując się na konkretnych, praktycznych umiejętnościach. Niniejsze badanie analizuje skuteczność mikrokredytów w demonstrowaniu kompetencji studentów poprzez studium przypadku z udziałem 31 studentów i 5 nauczycieli z Wydziału Angielskiego na Uniwersytecie w Tlemcen. Korzystając z kwestionariusza dla studentów i wywiadów z nauczycielami, badanie bada postrzeganie mikrokredytów i sposób, w jaki wzmacniają one tradycyjne metody oceny. Wyniki, przeanalizowane zarówno ilościowo, jak i jakościowo, wskazują, że mikrokwalifikacje są powszechnie postrzegane jako cenne narzędzia do prezentowania i walidacji umiejętności i wiedzy studentów w rzeczywistych kontekstach.
