L’obiettivo della pratica dell’agricoltura conservativa è quello di fare un uso migliore delle risorse agricole attraverso la gestione integrata del suolo, dell’acqua e delle risorse biologiche disponibili, combinata con input esterni limitati. Alla luce di questa situazione, l’obiettivo di questa ricerca è identificare la dimensione delle pratiche di agricoltura conservativa adottate dagli agricoltori in diverse aree del Bangladesh e analizzare le condizioni finanziarie e di altro tipo che spingono gli agricoltori ad adottare tali pratiche. La ricerca fornirà informazioni preziose sui problemi incontrati dagli agricoltori nel praticare l’agricoltura conservativa e suggerirà quindi ai responsabili politici di formulare politiche appropriate in modo che l’adozione dell’agricoltura conservativa diventi ragionevole e agevole per migliorare i mezzi di sussistenza della comunità agricola in Bangladesh.
