Une microémulsion mucoadhésive de midazolam a été préparée avec succès à l’aide de polymère de chitosane et d’huiles par la méthode de titrage en phase. Cela favorise la libération prolongée du médicament, permettant ainsi une administration quotidienne unique. L’étude de libération in vitro a conclu que lorsque la concentration de chitosane est supérieure ou inférieure à la concentration optimisée, le taux de libération du médicament diminue.
