Frank Westmoreland has lived most of his life in a small town in Alabama. He is a retired engineer who served in the Navy and who worked several years in the textile industry and over thirty years in the Department of Defense. His work took him to many parts of the world and involved many fascinating experiences. He has incorporated a number of these experiences and those of family members and friends in developing this delightful story of the McAllister family and the birth, demise and rebirth of a small southern town.
