Il progresso della scienza dei materiali ha promosso il rapido sviluppo dell’economia globale, sia che si tratti di materiali polimerici intelligenti con sistemi di rilevamento, sia che si tratti di materiali fotoresistenti che promuovono lo sviluppo di circuiti integrati a semiconduttore dal livello micron al livello nano, sono la direzione di sviluppo più promettente nel settore. Le molecole fotocromatiche vengono introdotte nella rete polimerica per preparare elastomeri polimerici intelligenti con funzione di deformazione fotocontrollata o materiali fotoresistenti con prestazioni di depolimerizzazione fotocontrollata, il che apre una nuova direzione per la preparazione di materiali funzionali. Tuttavia, come migliorare la fotosensibilità di questo tipo di materiale, accelerare la sua velocità di risposta alla luce e avere eccellenti prestazioni fisico-chimiche, in modo che possa essere applicato alla vita quotidiana dell’uomo, questa serie di problemi deve ancora essere risolta. L’esarildiimidazolo (HABI), come interruttore molecolare fotocromatico con una rapida risposta fotochimica, potrebbe essere integrato nei polimeri e utilizzato per produrre materiali polimerici funzionali e materiali fotoresistenti DUV, fornendo un’idea chiave per risolvere importanti problemi scientifici in questo campo.
