Pertanto, le banche dovrebbero riconoscere altre possibilità di adattamento ai cambiamenti dinamici nel moderno contesto di marketing. Partendo dall’idea che la pianificazione strategica è una condizione necessaria per ottenere forti vantaggi competitivi, mettiamo in luce il processo di pianificazione strategica nelle banche, con particolare attenzione alla creazione e alla scelta delle strategie di marketing.
