Pat Monahan wrote her second book “Love Never Ends” hoping it will help others who have lost a loved one to death. Her nine year old grandson Tommy died in a house fire trying to rescue his dog Sophie.Following Tommy’s death Pat published her first book “To Thee We Do Cry – A Grandmother’s Journey Through Grief”. That book described the impact that Tommy’s life and death had on the community of Staten Island.“Love Never Ends” describes the many signs her family continues to experience since his death.  We believe that the deceased can send signs to us, letting us know they are OK and that they are here for us in a spiritual way.  These signs bring great comfort to the bereaved.  As a Bereavement Minister Pat recognizes the signs can be a major key to acceptance.  Pat hopes to shed some light in the darkness of grief.
