Bruno Biagi, giurista e sindacalista fascista, nel 1934 pubblica per l’Istituto Nazionale Fascista di Cultura il libello 'LO STATO CORPORATIVO'. Con grande capacità di sintesi e chiarezza espositiva, Biagi descrive l’originalità e la novità rappresentati dal sindacalismo fascista, mostrando come esso costituisca certamente una parte determinante nel Fascismo, che va però comunque contestualizzato nel più ampio ambito della attuazione integrale della dottrina fascista dello Stato Nuovo. Dunque da ritenere essenzialmente propedeutico all’attuazione di quest’ultimo. Certi che l’esempio politico descritto da Biagi sia estremamente attuale, affidiamo la sua opera ai lettori della 'Bibliteca del Covo' tramite questa nuova edizione. In Appendice, il documento del 1940 sull’Ordinamento Sindacale Corporativo.
