Cet article examine l’enseignement de la culture et de l’histoire indigènes dans deux écoles primaires de la municipalité de Mâncio Lima, en montrant les principaux défis liés à la mise en œuvre de la loi n° 11.645 du 10 mars 2008, qui rend obligatoire l’enseignement de l’histoire et de la culture indigènes dans le programme scolaire officiel. L’objectif de cette étude est donc d’examiner comment deux écoles de la municipalité travaillent avec la culture et l’histoire indigènes conformément aux fondements de cette loi, compte tenu de l’importance de la culture indigène pour la communauté de Manciolimense.
